Self Discovery Counseling

I was born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas and enjoy the Metroplex area. I completed my Bachelor’s degree at Texas Wesleyan Unversity, where I majored in psychology. I obtained my M.Ed. in Marriage and Family Counseling at Lamar University. I am a believer of Christ, wife, mother, daughter, sister, aunt, niece, cousin and friend. I enjoy taking long drives, bike riding, and watching crime TV. When I am not seeing clients, you can find me being a skincare chemist or trying out a new cookie recipe.
